Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for ordering with DoPro Sportswear, your league fundraising store. We are a start-up company focused on making donations to youth sports leagues. As such, our Return and Exchange Policy is slightly limited. Please email info@doprosportswear.com with any questions.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If the product you receive is damaged or defective, we are happy to refund or exchange your item. Please follow these instructions:

  1. We must receive an email from you within 10 days of receiving the product to inform us of the damage.
    • All products shipped from DoPro Sportswear are connected to a tracking number, and the delivery date confirmed with US Postal Service will be used as the arrival date.
    • Emails should be sent to info@doprosportswear.com and contain photos of the damaged item.
    • IMPORTANT: If we do not receive an email from you within 10 days of receiving the product, we will not issue any refunds or exchanges.
  1. If you would like to exchange the item, we will provide a return shipping label for the damaged or defective item. When we receive the returned item, we will ship a new product to you with no further charges to you.
  1. If you would like a refund for the item, we will provide a return shipping label for the damaged or defective item. When we receive the returned item, we will issue you a refund.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges due to sizing or fit issues at this time because of the donation component of our program. We strongly advise you to reference our size chart before purchasing any products.
